Delivery
Timings, charges and tracking.
How long will my order take?
Standard delivery arrives in 4–6 working days and is complimentary on every order. Express delivery arrives in 1–2 working days for ₹400.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across India. If you'd like to order from elsewhere, write to us and we'll see what we can arrange.
Are taxes included?
Yes. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include GST. Nothing further is added at checkout beyond express delivery, if you choose it.
Can I track my order?
Yes — sign in and every order is under My Account → Orders, with its status and tracking. We also email you when it ships.
Exchanges & Cancellations
Swapping a size or colour, and cancelling before dispatch.
Can I exchange something?
Yes — for another size or colour of the same piece, within 7 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
How do I request an exchange?
Sign in, open the order under My Account → Orders and choose Request exchange. Pick the size or colour you would like instead and tell us why. We confirm by email, collect the original piece and send your new one.
Can I return something for a refund?
We don't take returns for a refund — only exchanges. If a piece arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, write to us and we will make it right.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, until it is dispatched. Sign in, open the order under My Account → Orders and choose Cancel order. The whole order is cancelled straight away: a payment that was only authorised is released, and one already taken is refunded to your original payment method. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled — contact customer care, or request an exchange once it arrives.

How does LUNRA fit?
Our pieces are cut relaxed through the body and are true to size. Every product page lists the model's height and the size she's wearing.
What if I'm between sizes?
Most of the range is forgiving enough to take either. For anything tailored — trousers, structured shirts — we'd suggest the larger of the two.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes. Every product page has a size guide beside the sizes, with the piece's measurements. If you're still unsure, write to us with your usual size and we'll advise on that piece.
Fabric & Care
What our pieces are made of, and how to look after them.
How should I care for my pieces?
Gentle cold wash, dry in shade, warm iron. Natural fabrics soften with wear — linen in particular improves with every wash.
What are the clothes made from?
Washed linen, cotton voile, handloom cotton, cotton silk and linen blends. Each product page lists its fabric.
Will handloom pieces vary?
Slightly, and deliberately. Handloom cloth carries small irregularities in weave and shade — the mark of how it was made, not a fault.
