Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver across India. If you would like to order from outside India, write to us and we will see what can be arranged.

Delivery times and charges

Standard delivery arrives in 4–6 working days and is complimentary on every order.

Express delivery arrives in 1–2 working days and costs ₹400.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Dispatch

Orders placed before [2pm IST] on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend, are dispatched the next working day.

We email you as soon as your order is on its way.

Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include GST. Nothing further is added at checkout beyond express delivery, if you choose it.

Delays

Occasionally a delivery is delayed by weather, local disruption or a courier issue. We will keep you informed, and you can always write to us for an update.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur a further charge.
