Orders

Products

We photograph our pieces as faithfully as we can, but colour may vary slightly between screens.

Natural and handloom fabrics vary in weave and shade from piece to piece. This is a property of the cloth, not a defect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are covered by our Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms. We do not accept returns for a refund. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property

The LUNRA name, the designs, the photography and the contents of this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Liability

We do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
